1. Account Guidelines

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• One account per person/household is allowed
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Prohibited Accounts

• Fake or fraudulent identities are not allowed
• Accounts created with temporary or disposable email addresses will be suspended
• Multiple accounts by the same person will result in all accounts being banned

2. Email & Solo Ad Guidelines

Permitted Content

• Legitimate business opportunities and offers
• Affiliate marketing offers (compliant with FTC guidelines)
• Business services and products
• Educational content and resources

Prohibited Content

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Pyramid schemes, MLM scams, or "get rich quick" schemes
• Spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial email
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Malware, viruses, or phishing links

3. Credit System Rules

Earning Credits

• Credits are earned by reading emails sent by other members
• Each email read earns 5 credits
• Emails must be fully viewed for credits to be awarded
• Automated reading or "credit farming" is prohibited

Using Credits

• Credits are used to send solo ads to active members
• One credit = one email sent to one member
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

4. Affiliate Program

Commission Structure

• Tier 1: 30% commission on direct referrals
• Tier 2: 40% commission (requires 10+ active referrals)
• Tier 3: 50% commission (requires 50+ active referrals)
• Commissions are paid on credit package purchases only

Affiliate Rules

• Spamming your affiliate link is prohibited
• Misrepresenting SafeListWorld to gain referrals is not allowed
• Self-referrals (creating accounts to earn commissions) will result in ban
• Commissions are paid via PayPal or Stripe (minimum $50)

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Credit packages are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
• Due to the digital nature of credits, all sales are final
• Refunds are only issued in cases of verified billing errors
• Price changes take effect immediately for new purchases

6. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
• Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deactivated
• Severe violations may result in permanent ban without notice
• You may request account deletion by contacting support
• Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited

7. Changes to Rules

We may update these rules at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of SafeListWorld after rule changes constitutes acceptance of the new rules.
